Consultation
Initial Design Consultation: The design process begins with an onsite consultation. We can discuss your brief, what you want to achieve, stylistic preferences, lifestyle, and budget considerations for install. We charge a flat fee for our consultation which will be credited towards your conceptual design.
Design Proposal: We will then email you a Design Proposal, which will outline the vision for your Garden Design, the Design fee, and a price range for your project.
Proposal Acceptance: If the Design Proposal meets your expectations, we will begin to design the details.

Detailed Design
Design Presentation: Within 8 to 10 weeks we will present our design based on our collaborative vision for your landscape outlined in the design proposal. This will include a scaled drawing of your design and visual aids such as 3D modeling, sketches, and precedent imagery. This will also be accompanied by a detailed cost estimate.
Design Revisions: An integral part of the design process is your feedback. What parts of the design resonate with you? What would you like to change? Your thoughts and ideas are woven back into the design.
Second Design Presentation: After revisions have been made to the design, we will send you the edited design and estimate. From here, we will either make more revisions to meet your vision or move onto the plant selection.

Plant Selection
Planting plan: Until this point, the designs will only provide a general idea of trees, shrubs and perennials. Before construction can begin, we will create a detailed planting plan for your project, sent via email.
Note: For clients who already have completed landscaping or a garden layout they are happy with, we offer stand-alone planting design services.

Construction
Demolition & Site Preparation: Construction begins by preparing the site. Old construction may need to be removed to lay new foundations for your project.
Hardscaping: Paths, paving, stonework, timber work, and construction details are all built by us or in conjunction with a trusted collaborator.
Planting: Once the garden framework is in place, the plant placement and planting will be completed by us. This ensures that our skill in plant knowledge, layout and planting schemes is executed exactly according to the design.
Irrigation: For those sites that require irrigation, Irrigation is done in-house by us, tailored specifically to your gardens needs (particularly in those first few years whilst plants are getting established).
